Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase - but if it's not the right fit, send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopmylkboutique@gmail.com. Once our team checks the package, we'll process the refund and your money will be returned to the original payment method in 2 to 7 business days. The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at

Note: Shipping and transaction fees cannot be refunded.
Change/ Cancel Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at shopmylkboutique@gmail.com as soon as you can. Although we'll do all we can to help, we can't promise we can make changes due to our fast processing. We appreciate your cooperation!
Defective/ Incorrect Product
No worries, if the wrong item arrived or if it was damaged in transit - we'll sort it out for you! Just drop us an email at shopmylkboutique@gmail.com with an image of the item and your order number and we'll take care of it.
Shipping Costs
If you choose to return an item, shipping costs have to be covered by you and these are non-refundable. Use a trackable shipping method so we can process your refund smoothly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
